5.1.4 advanced - User is reporting fields in sales order header not saved. It happens occasionally. Today he entered a PO number then clicked the lines tab. He printed the order and the PO number was missing. He went back into the order and the PO number was missing. He said this has happened on other SO header fields occasionally. It has been reported by 2 other users in the same office. Is this a network connectivity, a software bug, user error? Has anyone seen this?
