    4.5.5 with JobOps R2 - Paperless office emailing SO invoices. One email address was removed from customer maintenance but when invoices are emailed, the deleted email address is still included. I have reviewed the following AR files in DFDM and did not see the deleted email address.AR_Customer, AR_CustomerDocuments,AR_CustomerDocumentcontacts and Ar_CustomerContact. I created a crystal report of AR_Customer and did a search for this email address in case it was attached to another customer but did not find it anywhere. What am I missing????

    Is use email address in data entry checked?

    No, use customer email is checked

    There is a field on the SO Header for email address. It might be populated at the point the order is created, even though from the Customer Master. Then, if the email address is deleted from the Customer Master, it might not be deleted from the SO Header. You could look in SO History Header and see.
