4.50.6 Work Order issue. Sometimes work order material issues do not relieve FIFO/Serial cost tiers. No errors, happens for multiple users, they use batch entry for w/o transactions. The transaction history shows the transaction correctly but the tier is not reduced. We can correct the cost tier issue by running the 'balance inventory qty and cost' utility but it eventually happens again. Anyone else ever see this? Thanks!!

I have a client that has been running Sage 4.50.2 since 2012 they are really high volume with work order and we do not have the issue there. I recall a lot of out of balance issues in 4.40.6.

This client is high volume, too. It's definitely a specific set of steps that must cause this but we haven't been able to narrow it down. We're prepping for an upgrade, so maybe that's just going to be the answer. Thanks for the input!

I have a client on 4.5.7, this happens often. They backflush parts and have ICS WMS installed. I too am hoping this stops happening when we complete the upgrade and replace ICS WMS with ""One
