  • 1.  4.5 to 2015 Std upgrade. When you get into a data

    4.5 to 2015 Std upgrade. When you get into a data entry screen, like SO Entry, only part of the field names appear and NONE of the data shows on the Header tab. Then if you go to the LInes tab and go BACK to the Header tab, all data and field names display. Looks fine on the server. Tried running Sage As Admin, no diff. Screen shot shows PO on the left after going to LInes and back, on the right is when a PO is first pulled up. All hyperlink fields are missing

    Is the screen customized? Did you update any UDF's?

    Is happening to all screens, like even GL Entry, which is not customized. Ditto UDFs. Does not appear to be doing it on the second workstation we've updated, so far just this one. I'm thinking network rights or something, but this is the VP, you would think he would have more rights than the 2nd guy we did.

    Hm. Also, when you close a screen, it sometimes comes up and says Sage not working. I tested Paperless from GL Entry (which was screwed up) and when I clicked on the printer icon and the screen closed, got Not Working, yet the printing went ahead and worked fine and Paperless did it's Paperless thing.

    Almost sounds like an anti-virus configuration issue on the one workstation. Did you try disabling anti-virus on the problematic workstation and see if the issue persists?

    I thought about that, too, @TimEfinger - I excluded the Sage folder, but haven't actually disabled it. I'll see if I can do that.

    ACK - AVG - no disabling, only uninstalling

    Well, I just put an exclusion in it and still having the same issue. So far no one else has any problems, so we have a special snowflake here. SIGH.
