    4.5 to 2013 PU4 upgrade. Get message ""No companies found to migrate. Choose another directory."" What is it looking for and not seeing?

    Oh never mind - doing it as a UNC instead of a mapped drive took care of that. Sorry, panicked.

    It looks for the MAS90 folder in the path, so something like Sage\Mas90 and then program files, company data. I've had clients make a copy of MAS to do upgrade and they'll copy everything within MAS90 and put something like Sage\COPYmas90 then run into that prompt. I would have to rename COPYMAS90 to MAS90.
