Service Ticket is not creating all Fixed Price billing lines
Steps to Duplicate:
1. Create a Service Contract that has two equipment lines - each one having a Fixed Price billing method - assign different rates
2. Access FSD board and select New Call
3. Select the service contract created in Step 1 and assign one of the items
4. Select the next step button, created step 002 - add the other equipment
5. Exit out of the service ticket - locate it on the Service Ticket List - right click and select S/O Entry
6. Access the Sales Order Lines - note that only 1 *RPR item exists on the sales order - there should be two
