    4.5 PU 4 while trying to print and update GL DTR the following error is received: error 12 sy_session.pvc line 3803. I didn't see this line # in the knowledgebase. Has anyone else had this error? Thanks, Lisa

    Resolved by closing MAS90 and restarting. Wish I had thought of that before waiting 10 minutes for support to answer the phone and then another 10 minutes of research to hear that do not use that line number.

    You beat me to the answer. I was going to suggest trying it from another workstation............. I rarely call tech support any more. Just post the question here and an answer usually comes back. Or post the question here while you are calling tech support. See who responds faster... But at least you are sitting in a warm ice cave!
