I did one test (haven't gone live) and it does not involve PO which is where I seem to be seeing issues reported.

All software is beta until at least service pack 2

One test upgrade - some VI issues - low risk w/ only GL AP and PA - go live after 1.1.12

I've done a couple, and they've gone smoothly for the most part, but again, these are low risk installations.

Did a migration from v4.4 to v4.5 (which included moving to a new server). Vanilla installation, no Custom Office. Since it was a new server, I did a parallel install. No issues reported yet.

2 live; others in testing going live this month.

One live and one in test. Both coming from 4.3 and experiencing Crystal issues when trying to work or test in 4.3.

One new live (with the PO issue - yay) and 1 schedule next week (no PO) and 2 scheduled for Xmas week that I'll have to reschedule if they don't get a hot fix out on the PO stuff.

We have one live. 4.40 to 4.50. They are moving ahead to get the CRM rolling. So far so good!
