4.4.7 - the incorrect account group was assigned in the Main GL account and transactions have been posted to the accounts using this main account. Is there any way to change the account group and have it print on the standard financial statements properly? In a test company I changed the account group in DFDM GL_MainAccount but this only made it print in the correct group on the chart of accounts but still appears incorrectly in the financial statements.

Create a dummy GL account within the correct group, merge into this account, then renumber back to original account. There's probably a quicker way, but this has usually worked for me.

I thought if you changed the group in Main Account Maintenance it changed it in Account Maintenance. I just got done doing this on a client at 4.50 and it changed them for me as needed.
