4.4.10. JobOps R4Bolt - service update 10 was installed 2 weeks ago and this problem only started occurring since the installation of the service updates. When they try to use the IM Delete Change they often receive (almost every other time) Error 105 SY_DeleteChange. Pvc line 554, the info button has referenced the SO_SalesOrderHIstory, AR_InvoiceHistory, AP_InvoiceHIstory we have then rebuild the key files for the above, both header and detail. The AP_ InvoiceHistory was rebuild last night then attempted to run the IM Delete and received the same error referencing the AR_InvoiceHistory file which just had the key files rebuilt on Tuesday. Is anyone experiencing the same? If so how was it resolved?

I don't know if this will help with diagnosing the cause... Errors 105 to 118 signal a logical error in the format of the Keyed file being referenced. Try to recover the file if possible, either by restoring it from a backup or by running the ProvideX Keyed/Direct file key reconstruction utility (*UFAR). Error #105 Keyed file error (Short key block) Reported whenever a key/data block is read from the file and the OS reports that the data read is less than was expected. Normally this indicates a truncated file caused by OS failure.

Thank you, I will have them look into the OS failure.

I had a client a couple weeks back getting errors 105, 106 and 107 while updating SO journal, referencing tables like yours, we kept rebuilding the file so it could post. I could not figure out what was causing the issue. After a couple days of fixing errors, their hard drive crashed. Now that it's replaced, no more errors during updates. Have them check hardware.

Thanks to both of you! When I sent your suggestions to my client the response was ""we have new hardware that can't be the problem"". I told them even new hardware can have issues. Finally heard back from them today, ""IT reviewed the network, installed updates"" - they didn't say what was specifically done but have not had any errors since.
