4.40.2 upgrade to 5.00.4 - This doesn't happen all of the time but it is happening quite often since the upgrade 2 weeks ago.... Windows error... Is this a check form issue? See attached.

This is a dll error. Rename PVXIO.dll and uninstall and reinstall the workstation. Your form is probably fine. But you may want to make sure the correct version of crystal is installed on the server and if on the workstation there too.

I have a note that is similar but not exact as to the error code -- and the resolution in that case was to disable PEP -- so if you don't have luck with PVXIO you might try disabling PEP. Well, it sounds like the system is blowing up during AP check printing though you don't specifically mention when ""she blows"". See attached test file. You need to change a couple formulae in the check form. There have been several posts recently (one of them mine). I believe @BarbaraGoldstein was the first to note the true fix.

Thanks @WendyGorski @WayneSchulz and @JeffSchwenk I will try all of your suggestions tomorrow.

Turned off PEP and changed the formulas on the check forms. They have run a few checks and so far so good. Thanks for the help.
