4.4 PU 10 - Bank Rec the report shows out of balance 0.00 but the prompt to purge is not appearing. We have rebuilt the keys for BR_Transaction, rebuilt the sort files. The selections are all types, bank code = A date range beginning is blank and end is 10/31/2012. I did see the post from @DianaLaughner and have reviewed BR_Transction for checks with more than 2 decimal places and did not find any. I have no idea what to try nextTIA!

After rebuilding the sort keys, is your out of balance field for that bank code still zero. Is the final line of the report zero? If paperless is on, are you previewing or printing? What about role security?

Try Less Than on the date range

Nice call @JeffSchwenk - does the role allow for updating the Bank Reconciliation Report?

Yes, the report still shows 0.00 after rebuilding. The prompt to print to paperless office appears and the user selects no and has tried both printing and previewing. Security is fine all options are checked for BR. The less than date range did not make a difference.

I don't know why this would make a difference but just for giggles, try copying it to another company and see if it prompts you there.

The one other thing, even though BR options are all checked - have you tried it logged in as someone with all rights?
