    4.30.23 trying to process a payroll with tips... Installed YE IRDS and TTU, now getting Error 47 when attempting to use the Tips Earnings code. Error 47 PRWDAD line 7733. Finding nothing on Atlas that applies. Happens in all companies. Anyone else seeing anything like this? Resolutions?

    This one is close - http://infosource.sagesoftwareonline.com/sw_attach/kdb.asp?isresolutionconceptid=488545 - wonder if it could be something with adding a deduction code. Can you go into the deduction code and view/change the tips code?

    Thanks Wayne. But I had tried messing with Earn/Ded combo for tips. No dice. In the mean time for another issue we reinstalled their enhancement that posts liabilities as AP Invoices (PR 1064). Now all is working correctly. Doesn't seem like the enhancement should be involved, but it was.

    Very strange. Line 7733 is evaluating the PR7 line against PRD Earnings Code. It should have been a short Earnings or Deduction Code in PRD.

    Could it be a missing Deduction/Earnings code - specifically tip?
