4.3.0.18 - Payroll client processes payroll in multiple states. Installed updated IRD, TTU. When he runs e-Filing form 940, the Schedule A comes up blank. He claims that in prior years, the program would ""remember"" his selection and populate the state and FUTA taxable wage fields. Wondering if this is WAD or something else. He plans to call Aatrix support, but has anyone else run into this in any version of Sage 100 yet? Thoughts?

Is he getting the ""Demo"" printing on the form which indicates a wrong customer number in the reg keys?

Same type of issue but different with Aatrix. This is the first year that I am printing the Aatrix w-2's. In MAS w-2 printing, the earning/deduction codes that are printed on the w-2 are remembered from session to session. In Aatrix, it appears that you have to rekey these codes everytime. Has anyone else experienced this or am I doing something unexpected? V4.4.10. I print w-2's for 10 companies and this could be a real pain.

If you are exiting after printing each copy, you can save your data. You should not have to rekey your deductions.

Unfrickin believable! Here's the response from the client: ""I spoke with Aatrix this morning including a lead software tech and was informed that Sage has asked Aatrix not to populate the State FUTA wages on the Schedule A because of several past issues with employees working in multiple States. They obviously had no insight how Sage users are able to pull this info for 2012 and forward. This being said I would like Sage to provide information how we are suppose to obtain these figures for the Schedule A. Hard to believe they would just make this change without providing any type of notification or instruction to its users!"" ---------------------------------------------------------------------- So now the client has to jump through hoops. Unfrickin believable!
