4.30.0.23 Client with 5 companies. 1 of the five companies we had tested w2 forms for before installing IRD's and TTU. We had populated the DD code for box 12. Now all other companies will not allow DD to be put in the box 12 selections. Had run into this in Deduction code as well. I was able to setup a Deduct Code with DD before all year end put in place, now I have to use DFDM to make that happen. Anyone else run into this? Any suggestions? Is there a setup for W2 forms I can modify again thru DFDM?

Oops, left out that we checked for 2009 - 2012 and all updates and IRD's are in place.

I'm having the same exact problem right now Annette. Same level as well. I'm looking into it tonight since we have a time change difference with this client. I was thinking of opening the form and manually editing it. I'll let you know if I find out anything.

How would you ""open the form""? I am just so ready to be done with this!

I think you must mean Custom Office... doesn't work. At least what I did in assigning the initial value to the field. Let me know if you run into anything. Otherwise, the data is going to my laptop and going to be fixed there.

I found that if the 2011 IRD is not installed the DD code is not available. Maybe reinstall 2011 IRD and reset companies each W2 form?? Just a thought.
