4.3 Advanced client. User has Win 7 64 bit. Had been running fine, today she tries to get in and Sage minimizes with a box that says MAS200 Help at the top and a funky sort of plus sign - kind of like what you would normally see on the server if you were displaying Sage processes. ?????

Make sure SS-3003 is installed on the server.

Also they should be on PU18 or higher for 4.30 with LM4046-T installed. (LM4045-T for 4.40)

But would only consider this resolution if only on her workstation and after I had replaced the sy_workstation.m4t, sy_console.m4t, and for MAS200 (Sage 100 Advanced) also the session.pvk and the locate.pvk (in the MAS90/Home/Lib/_appserv)

They're on PU22. Rebooting solved it for now, but it's been happening OCCASIONALLY on 2 different workstations.

My vote is with Jim - running as a service or application? Since server changed so might the method of running Sage 100?

if your running as an app then SS-3003 will not do much.
