3.71 client getting error 65 in ARWLIB line 5635 on AR Invoice HIstory Printing or AR Invoice HIstory Report. Nothing on the KB anymore, of course. If you happen to know, great - if not, I'll make a custom report for them and take 6 hours to do it. :-) (Can you say PIA?)

I would suspect a bad record in the 3.71 version of the invoice history header file.

Oh, and forgot to say - it comes up as soon as you choose the menu option - before you actually try to print anything. :-)

Sounds like a bad program file or menu, error 65 Window element does not exist or already exists Cannot reference non-existent window or GUI object that has not yet been drawn.

@MoiraGoggin - I was thinking along that lines, but didn't know what to do to fix it. I tried creating a Custom Office mod to the screen, figuring it might shake out anything bad, but that didn't help. And it happens so fast you can't click on the right click to reset.

@MoiraGoggin - thanks, but I had already tried that when we had a different error earlier. However, maybe I should try it again.

Does the error happen on all workstations/server? All User ID's?

We're only running it at one workstation - and that's the reason I'm not hyper concerned. Client is no longer on MAS, but has history in MAS and now has a lawsuit and needs their data from MAS. So we just have it running on the server and that's it.
