    37 minutes on hold to Sage support. Pushed the right key for ""upgrade"". Tech picks up after 20 and claims ""I only do install"". Back onto hold. How does management at Sage retain their jobs?

    It's a joke. As business partner we have to pass exams and know all of the products.
