  • 1.  32-bit to 64-bit conversion error

    step by step...little by little I am converting customers from 32-bit to 64-bit.  In a few customers I had to restore backup since once I installed the 64-bit, the service would not start.  I get this error message.  Any clue???

    @Lourdes Sobrino - Unfortunately, you've got to uninstall the 32 bit and re-install as the 64 bit once you've switched over.

    But I have done the process in other clients without issues....they have some modifications from DSD...so I would then need to reinstall those too....not an option

    JUST the SERVICE.  Not all of Sage.  So do the Uninstall Service, then just turn around and install it again.
