Is this still on for 10/24 and is it going to be for the entire group or the committee? Originally I think we were talking about it being for the entire 90 Minds community. I'm not sure a notice has gone out.

Entire Community was my understanding.  Did we decide on 10/24? I can't recall, but at this point that's not necessarily enough notice.

The notes from the last meeting are below.   My understanding was that this first meeting would be a smaller group to decide the parameters and format of the larger member conversation.  I have only invited this committee and Shari E. and David Speck.  If you want anyone else invited, please let me know and I will invite them.  Thanks

Meeting summary for 90 Mind Content Library (10/15/2024)
    Quick recap
The team discussed their recent town hall event, the progress of the Content library, and the use of AI in their meetings. They also addressed concerns about documentation and communication, and discussed the upcoming issues related to Gmail and Outlook, particularly the transition to 64-bit and the potential OAuth issue. Lastly, they agreed to schedule a round table discussion for the following Thursdays at 10 AM and discussed the upcoming Halloween party and the theme of "kings and queens."
    Next steps
    • Anne to set up recurring 64-bit roundtable meetings on Thursdays at 10 AM for October, November, and December, starting October 24th.
    • Jim to prepare information on 64-bit compatibility and issues for the first roundtable meeting.
    • Wayne to compile a list of topics for discussion in the content group, including OAuth and SMTP changes.
    • Steve to create a Google Doc for collaborative note-taking during the roundtable meetings.
    Summary
Town Hall Event and Team Attire Discussion
Steve, Anne, Wayne, Brett, jim, and others discussed their team's attire, with many wearing teal shirts. They also reminisced about a trip to Aruba. The main topic of the meeting was the recent town hall event, which Anne expressed gratitude for and mentioned was well-received. She also mentioned that there would be another event in January, aiming for a more fun and less heavy-lifting format. jim confirmed he wouldn't be presenting again unless he wanted to. Lastly, Anne mentioned that there were some residual questions related to membership that were followed up on.
Content Library Progress and Monthly Topics
Anne discussed the progress of the Content library, including the addition of recordings from town halls and affiliate insider series. She also mentioned receiving materials from ISVs. The team then discussed focusing on specific subject matters each month, with topics such as the 64-bit situation and Krista reports being mentioned. jim confirmed that the 64-bit issue was being addressed and that most issues had been resolved. Steve suggested having a list of enhancements that were working fine. The team agreed on the need for better communication about the issues they were facing.
    Improving Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
Wayne expressed concerns about the group's inability to document and share information effectively. He suggested that each individual should take responsibility for documenting their knowledge, even if it's just a scratch note, to ensure the information is not lost. jim was singled out as an example of someone who knows a lot but doesn't document it. Steve proposed a simpler approach of identifying what doesn't work, while Anne's input was not included in the transcript.
Exploring AI, Meeting Efficiency, and Communication Tools
The team discussed the use of AI in their meetings, with Anne noting that she uses AI to clean up notes and turn them into action items. Wayne suggested that AI could reduce the need for lengthy meetings and the need for a secretary to take notes. The team agreed to set up a meeting to discuss further, with Anne suggesting they create a consistent schedule and invite list for the next few months. They also discussed the use of Google Docs and Higher Logic for note-taking and communication, with Wayne expressing concerns about the effectiveness of these platforms. The team decided to write up an invite and agenda for the first conversation, which Anne will then create and distribute to all consultants.
Gmail, Outlook, and 64-Bit Transition Discussion
jim discussed the upcoming issues related to Gmail and Outlook, particularly the transition to 64-bit and the potential OAuth issue. Wayne clarified that the OAuth issue was different from the on-prem Exchange server issue. jim confirmed that on-prem Exchange was becoming obsolete, with most people using cloud-based services. He also mentioned an email he received about setting up Gmail. Anne suggested focusing on the main topic of 64-bit and its subtopics, but jim clarified that the OAuth issue was a separate concern.
Round Table Discussion and Upcoming Events
Anne proposed scheduling a round table discussion for the following Thursdays at 10 AM, with the first one on October 24th. The team agreed to this, with Wayne and jim expressing their availability. Anne also suggested sending personal invites to everyone interested in joining the conversation. The team discussed the possibility of running two topics side by side, with jim expressing his willingness to do so. They also discussed the upcoming Halloween party and the theme of "kings and queens." Lastly, they touched on the issue of 1099s at the end of the year, with jim expressing concern about the parsing of individual names.

I suggest for the meeting we use this spreadsheet ( link below ) and decided on the top 10 or 20 ISV solutions and tackle those first and the goal is to find whether the integrations are 64-bit compatible either by talking to someone in 90 Minds who has done a recent 64-bit install with that enhancement or otherwise has knowledge of whether the integration is 64-bit compatible.
