    This sent a message, and it was not positive. ​Apparently there's nothing new to review, since the next week is their 2019 release. I have had clients that would ask for a refund of 25%, since they wouldn't have a full year on that version.

    They could have reviewed how successful the Partner Advocate program has been. Or go through the imaginary roadmap.
