General Consultant Discussion

Dear 90 Minds Members,

In past years, we have traditionally announced Board election results during Meeting of the Minds. This year, however, we are making a thoughtful shift. In an effort to onboard new Board members earlier, help them get acclimated, and-when helpful-introduce them to the community ahead of the conference, we believe announcing results in advance creates a smoother and more welcoming experience for everyone.

This updated nomination and election timeline has now been formally incorporated into our SOPs moving forward. We hope you appreciate this new approach as much as we do, and as always, we welcome your feedback as members as we continue to strengthen our governance practices.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2026 90 Minds Board of Directors election. Your engagement matters, and this year's turnout reflects a strong and growing commitment to the future of our community.

We received 85 ballots, representing a 40% voter turnout (85 of 210 eligible voters)-continuing a positive upward trend in member participation over recent years.

Election Results

We are pleased to share the following outcomes:

Re-Elected to Second Terms

• @Chuck Peddy – Re-elected for a second term

• @Gary Feldman – Re-elected for a second term

Chuck and Gary bring valuable continuity, institutional knowledge, and steady leadership as we continue to grow and evolve as an organization.

Newly Elected to the Board

• @Eric Anderson  Newly elected Board member

We're excited to welcome Eric to the Board. As part of his onboarding, Eric will be getting involved with committee work right away, with a particular focus on areas where additional leadership and support are most needed.

Recognizing All Candidates

Both Stuart and Angela received a strong and very close number of votes, underscoring the confidence members have in their leadership and the depth of talent within our community.

Angela continues to play an important leadership role through her committee work, and we are grateful for her ongoing engagement and contributions. Stuart has been instrumental in helping grow the 90 Minds community and continues to offer leadership and support that we deeply value.

I want to take a moment to express what an honor it has been to serve alongside the current Board and to be a part of this remarkable group of leaders.  Over the past year, under @Gary Feldman's steady leadership as President, we have accomplished meaningful progress as a Board-completing important internal documentation such as job descriptors and Standard Operating Procedures.  These efforts have strengthened our governance and set a clear path forward for continued success.

As I prepare to step down in March, I am grateful for the opportunity to have contributed to our growth and direction.  While my term on the Board is ending, I look forward to remaining active in our community through my continued work with the Membership Committee and by exploring opportunities to join a second committee.  Thank you all for your dedication and for making my time on the Board a truly rewarding experience.
