What is our budget?

"Friendsgiving(November 2025)"

Next meeting we need to plan around our Friendsgiving Virtual Event in November or @Anne Sawyer can we put together another meeting specific to this event since we would have less than 60 days to accomplish this? 

I was also think we should have another one in late January to be both an engagement but also a hype moment to bring more people to come and register and showcase what we have instore for MOTM.

I call it "Another Year Wiser(January 2026)" 

Lets start to share ideas here? What do you got?

Anyone want to share a pumpkin pie or apple pie recipe that we can send out to folks or give grocery list and everyone make it on the event? Or something else fun?

Should we send a virtual gift card for a Thanksgiving Turkey sandwich from Panera or another vendor?

Hi Tom - I love this idea - this is a new event so no budget has been pre-determined.  Please see the form below.  We can have anyone complete this both within the committee and outside from the community as well.  Please review and provide feedback here.  Tom - If you want to test it out with this event, please do!   I am happy to set up a meeting just for this event.  Any chance you all are free Thursday @ Noon Pacific?
