Hi Squad – March is fast approaching which means we need to get a 2025 list together for Sage and the MOTM presentation.
I have cross-checked the list from Sage and cleaned up the Ideation90 site. We now have a list of 148 quick wins ready for feedback. I recommend keeping this simple this year. I propose narrowing the list down, by committee, to about 36 Quick Wins, then publish the list as a survey (poll) where 90Minds members vote for up to 15 (see sample below). We will take the top 15 ideas. Let me know if you want to try something else. Last year we found the Ideation site was skewed towards the first pages. I believe a survey would yield better results.
If we can quickly go through the exiting list, do our usual ranking, and narrow down the list by Friday, we could send out the survey by next week.
Jeff/Kevin – There are about 40 entries that do not have a difficulty rating. I don't know if this is still needed, but if you want to review, please do.
The Quick Wins worksheet is ready for your vote.
Based on our previous process you will simply give each entry a value on a scale of 1-3 (1=High Priority; 3=Low Priority; 2="Meh!"). Once all votes are in, we'll total them up and the 36-ish with the 'lowest' point total is our initial list. The remaining entries get moved back to the Master List for the next go-around. If there's too many ties, then we may repeat the process until we get to 36. If I recall, we've never had to do this more than once.
Look for the tab labelled 01-2025 and the column with your name, then, start voting.
