A client reports that they need to amend a filing for their 2025 1099-NEC. They confirm that they uploaded and completed their 2025 filings. They sent me a screenshot which appears to show a successful upload.
Subsequently they discover a mistake and want to re-file their 2025 1099-NEC. However, when they go into Sage 100 following instructions provided by Aatrix the 2025 filing does not show in HISTORY.
Has anyone seen this before or have any feedback on why this client might not see their most recent 1099 filing in history? Below are the instructions Aatrix sent.

You can easily access Previous Filings for review, reprinting, making corrections or Printing/eFiling additional forms. To access your Previous Filing History:
1. Open up your accounts payable software as you did before.
2. Within the Tasks tab on the left-hand side, expand (if it is not done already) the Sage MAS 90 folder, expand the Modules folder, expand the Accounts Payable folder, expand the Reports folder and select the Form 1099 eFiling and Reporting option.
3. Choose History from the Form to Use dropdown menu and then choose Accept at the bottom right.
4. Next choose the history report you would like to open.
5. Once you have selected a report and clicked Edit, the History File Options dialog will appear and from here you can choose to reprint, correct or file additional copies of your forms.
Using the instructions to get to the History File Options, select Correct Complete and Next. This will open the preparer (grid) for edits. Make the changes to the recipient and continue through the process, submitting the entire filing back to us for processing.
If a vendor was reported in the wrong type of submission, they will need to be removed from one and added to the other
If removing a recipient from the filing, right-click on their row and remove them. This will produce a Corrected form reporting zero income.
If adding a recipient to the filing, right-click and add a row. Then manually enter the information across the row.
For payer name, or address, go to the Company Setup and edit there.
