  • 1.  2024 90 Minds Membership and Practice Survey

    Hi everyone 

    The draft of the Membership Survey is done.  My plan is to send this out starting Monday.  It is two parts (pages). The first is membership, and the second are practice questions (many developed by this group). 

    • Please provide any comments and suggestions before Monday.
    • I removed the ISV portion as it made it too long and we can do a separate survey later
    • This is the first time we are asking "practice" questions - so if I am missing anything you think is relevant, please let me know.

    For Q14 (Which specific ERP systems do you have expertise in?), should we ask what THEY have expertise in, or which their FIRM has expertise?

    I think Q22/23 could be one question (how many new Sage 100 customers), though are we asking if they are new to Sage 100 or new Sage 100 customer to the firm? For example, I've probably performed 2 new Sage 100 installs in 10 years, but I've "re-implemented" Sage 100 for dozens of new-to-me customers...

    I'd still love to see 'what's the most common hourly rate you charge' and let them type whatever they want...

    Is it possible/feasible/practice to combine several of these questions into something like: 

    Please rank the following member benefits in the order that you find them valuable (they provide an incentive for you to continue as a 90 Minds member)

    Then insert things like

    In-person conference

    Webinars with ISV

    Online community

    Group mailing with current news

    Ability to access an online library of files and information

    This way you also have a way to tell what could be eliminated or enhanced based on score

    For #19, what about re-wording "Specific Modules" to, or adding, "Sage 100 application and technical support"? Adding "Upgrades"?
