  • 1.  2023: Error 88 in SY_MAINT.PVC line 3556

    FYI,

    We are seeing this error on multiple systems running v2023, 64-bit and 32-bit.  Troubleshooting leads us to this being script related, where one script opens another object, and the second object has a script... which is where the error happens.  The second object's script can be blank, so it isn't the scripts themselves.

    Sage provided a fix for 64-bit (working on two of our Standard customers)... and we're asking for one for 32-bit Premium now.  (Replacement DLL and EXE).

    Posting this here in case others are struggling with the same thing.

    Kevin we are seeing the same thing!!!!!!  Do you have a case # I can reference when I make a case as well maybe to help support this?  We have been tearing apart scripting at a client the last week seeing this same error, it's completely random when the error happens as it's not every transaction and now I'm wondering if we are chasing our tail.

    I should say that all our examples for this are starting with button scripts.  I don't know if that matters though...
