90 MINDS 2023 ELECTION RESULTS
The 90 Minds Board of Directors recently voted to expand the current Board of Directors from 5 to 7. Considering the announcement from Kate Krueger that she was stepping down as President, the Board appointed Chuck Peddy to serve the remainder of her position. Due to these changes, we are very excited to announce that all 3 candidates were elected to the Board of Directors at the Meeting of the Minds 2023 Conference. This was an uncontested election.
It is our pleasure to announce the following new 90 Minds Board Members as well as the re-election of incumbent, Karen O’Lane.
All bring incredible depth and diversity of experience that will be very beneficial to the 90 Minds Community.
Karen O’Lane (Account Systems, Inc.)
I embarked on a career in Information Technology 35 years ago with the mission of combining computer technology, accounting systems, and education for my customers. I have implemented ERP systems for hundreds of businesses since, with an emphasis on managing deployments as projects.
While my current product specialties are focused on Sage 100 and Acumatica ERP, I help customers with many business management systems. I have supported most mid-range accounting software systems throughout the years, which has given me the insight to know that IT systems are the tool while people are the focus. I help people leverage these tools to further their understanding, their comfort level, and their aspirations and goals.
I joined the consulting team at Accounting Systems, Inc. (ASI) because the people at ASI are smart, knowledgeable, and have a sincere desire to do good. We make sure that everything we do is in the best interest of our customers. I served on the board of PMI-CCVC, Project Management Institute Central California Valley Chapter, for six years, and currently serve on the board of 90 Minds, which is a community of ERP systems resellers. I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, particularly the six-year-old, who loves to laugh. I love telling jokes and sharing good stories.
Chuck Peddy (Smartbridge Partners)
My first experience with setting up microcomputer accounting systems was 40 years ago when I was in my senior year in college. Over the years I have worked with a number of different accounting systems including RealWorld, Great Plains, and MAS90. Sage products have been my primary concentration for over 20 years.
In 2003 I merged my company with Market Answers to create SmartBridge Partners. We work to deliver total solutions to our customer base. We serve many industries including but not limited to oil field services, manufacturing, distribution, and construction.
When I’m not playing with our geeky computer toys I enjoy unplugging and relaxing on and underneath the water. Other hobbies include cooking and entertaining. Oh, and if you are ever in South Louisiana in February, look me up and I’ll take you to Mardi Gras.

Gary Feldman (I-Business Network, LLC)
I am a partnering evangelist, actively promoting co-opetition and efficiencies within services organizations. An active member the 90 Minds Group since its third year I have served on multiple committees and have recruited many members.
In its third incarnation, my company I-Business Network is building a community of technology and industry experts along with local practitioners within the SMB consulting community. The "Network" shares the intellectual property with member organizations who seek to make the sum greater than its parts. The goal is to find customers and match them to the practitioners and/or firms that can best solve their unique problems through digital transformation, system selection and implementation and client side consulting services.
I believe that 90Minds is well-positioned to help its members expand their practices with new products, service delivery models and consulting services. Cloud deployment, industry expertise and the development of intellectual property are key factors in the growth of larger consulting practices. For many of our lifestyle partners, continuing success if ensured by partnering and focusing on unique talents for customers looking for a high-touch service model.
