Board,

The CPA has prepared the 2021 tax return and asks that all board members look it over. I made changes to page 7 and will notify Kevin of those changes. He asked that we check section O. I compared it to the 2020 return and I do not see anything that needs changing. Otherwise, it seems good. Please let me know if you agree or disagree.

Also, in case you've not seen the CPA's tax engagement letter before, I'm attaching it here. Kevin charges $1,000 to prepare and file. This is the same price that he charged in 2019 and 2020.

@Jerry Norman, you mean Schedule O, right? The CPA filled in those sections as far back as 2019, at least.
