Just an FYI, In version 2021 PU2 (not sure about PU1), if Production Management is installed it overwrites 2 files in the VI folder and the bin fields are not there. I contacted DSD since the DSD multi-bin is installed. They found that Production Management is overwriting the bin fields. I contacted Scanco and they told me I have to contact Sage. I will create a case with Sage. In the meantime, if you rename the 2 attached files in VI and put the 2 attached files in place, the bin fields are there and you can proceed. Then rename the original files back.
