As we agreed, the 2021 MOTM will be professionally produced and covered by the event revenues. While I was hoping for a large profit margin on the event, I am still happy to report we are in the black based on projections. I know that a professional firm's utilization will have numerous benefits, many we may not be aware of yet. Attached is the projected revenue and costs for your information.
Vario productions will be producing both days! The price difference was minimal to have them handle both days. Having Vario handle day two allows us to have a professional production engineer for each academy class. The engineer will handle the break-out rooms, sponsor ads, assist any students with connection issues, and assist the instructors with their presentations. The engineer records the classes too.
All the sessions will be professionally recorded, produced, and the sessions delivered with live chat. Having any MOTM session recordings has not occurred since 2013, and having them professionally produced will be a game-changer. Vario is also creating our website, the exhibitor booths, Zoom packages for our Virtual Lunch, and hosting the site from a month before and up to a year after the event (it will be an extension of our site btw). They'll handle attendee login and access control and be the support department for any attendee technical issues. (We'll get all the recordings to upload into the MOTM Resource Library on HL)
