I thought I saw @Wayne Schulz or another saying they were backing off 2020 upgrades because of issues.  What are your thoughts on a client using inventory and many legacy (read old) users?

How many records are in the LotSerialTransactionhistory table?  I have four or five clients on v2020.  Working on three more.  Only major issue is with the PU 1 release converting this table.  Very slow slogging.  If this table is large, don't install PU1 yet.  There was an issue with AP check printer involving multiple accounts.  Hotfix released for that.

What is issue with old legacy users?  Are you referring to the classic view no longer being available?  IMHO, they will get used to the new interface.  What are they moving from?

I'm holding off PU1 but going to 2020 for most upgrades. I just finished a small to medium-sized customer with distribution and had zero issues. They wanted to install PU1 but I'm holding until I read better feedback here.

There is also an issue with check printing form codes and multiple bank codes... hot fix released (requires PU1).

Thank you for the fast feedback.  @Jeff Schwenk, the Legacy users is referencing client staff that are just old and bitter and do not care for change.

Classic launcher is retired.  Expect some gripes from your Legacy users... but some may like the application scaling feature (if their eyesight is not the best).

@Larry Bradford - I think we all have lots of those..........  I hated giving up DOS, then my dot matrix printer, next I had to give up Office 2003 for 2007,  then my Blackberry, I still grumble about  giving up Socialcast.  But hey, that is progress!!!
