Attendee count update: 129, of which 2 are dinner only guests
we hit 131 but had two cancellations, Mary Jo Krueger due illness, other dinner only guest, reason unknown.
We may bump up to 132 or 133 attendees. We had some last minute inquires, and one outstanding attendee invoice for cimCloud.
We hit our hotel reservation guarantee at 80%.

MOTM Ticket History by Ticket Type Since this is a historical post, note the Sage X3/Intacct conference begins Mar 2, 2020, and Sage has a the full Sage Summit event in May. We often have 90 Minds members that alternate attendance at MOTM or Summit. Overall excluding dinner guests, we are down ~12%; I'd expected 20%.
CPE - we are able to offer maximum of 17.50 up from last years 14. Both this year and last year's maximum includes attendance at a preconference.
Budget - Our budget looks okay. While the number of sponsorships is down, as I was requested to sell fewer affiliate presentations, the number of extra attendee tickets I've sold has made up some of the difference. Gross revenue from sponsorships & tickets $83,567 compared to last year $86,385. We'll have a slim surplus after the event costs, likely enough to cover the Sage Summit booth costs and associated signage/printing.
Whova - The Whova app launched last week and seems to be in good use with over 95 downloads.
Insurance - Our insurance minimum per incident increased this year, likely due to new ownership at Sheraton. We are at 2 mil. Our policy did not increase and is in place for the event.
Question - for casino night, 90 Minds can sponsor a couple of prizes, my suggestions follow please vote in favor of one or the other or both or make an alternate suggestion:

Charity - I started a thread in Whova under community, about charities where members donate time. The ideas was a way contrast to last year's inane posts, but we may want to encourage engagement and award the top charity with a small donation on behalf of the member, promoting them and us at the same time. Let me know what you think of the idea.
