The attached contains general information regarding the upcoming 2019 Meeting of The Minds, preconference information for those that purchased the pre-conference session, and a more detailed instruction link for using Whova.
All ticketed attendees were sent an email from Whova, the mobile app for our meeting. Here are the details from that email:

Download and be able to:
o View the event agenda and plan your schedule
o Plan some social activities such as a morning run, city tour, or meet-ups with your fellow attendees. You can even post job openings.
o Find someone to go to lunch/dinner together (if the conference does not provide meals)
o Receive updates such as <g class="gr_ gr_697 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="697" data-gr-id="697">last minute</g> agenda changes from the organizers
After downloading, use the email address (the one you entered when you bought your ticket) to sign up in the app and choose a strong password, or sign up using a social media account. Once you're signed up, you should be taken directly to your event!
