Running the balance sheet for 2019:
The ending balance for AR shows $66,356; the return shows $73,297
Which also makes a difference in line 33.
The numbers for the prior year are off a bit, but I assume that he picked up those numbers from the 990 last year and some entries were made in QB after that. Probably not a big deal.
Otherwise, I see no discrepancies between the numbers on the return and QB.

The CPA has revised the tax return to include payments made to two board members. I'm attaching it here for your review. Those payments are the only changes. It looks correct to me. Unless there is any disagreement, I will let Kevin know that he can file the return.
