    Items of interest for the BOD meeting agenda.

    1)  The MOTM 2019 agenda.  I have had numerous people contact me regarding it.  I don't see it on WhoVA as yet.
    2)  The MOTM 2019 budget.  All I have heard about the budget is that there will be a surplus for Atlanta.  Time for the details.
    3)  A list of attendees.  In the past, an Excel spreadsheet from Eventbrite worked very nicely.

    4) What are the plans for recruiting Accumatica members?  Are they being offered an introductory membership rate?  What is the onboarding process for those that want to join?  Currently, a Joe Davidson signed up on 2/5/19 (Google Spreadsheet) but his application is still pending.
    5) Recap of membership activity at the San Diego Sage Summit.

    I'm the hurdle on the Acumatica procedures and Joe Davidson. I'll work to get it resolved tomorrow. It's been a hectic month.

    Additionally:

    5) Status of staff reviews/interviews.
    6) Status of documentation of procedures from those interviews.
    7) Bookkeeper transition status

    No worries, I completely understand the need and whole-heartedly agree with you @Robert Wood.  We're getting the schedule out as fast as possible. I still don't have the confirm on the Sage Road Ahead speaker(s) (3 emails 2 phones calls, I'm about ready to ask Wayne to give it, gosh, it may be more accurate).  Also received 2 title updates from Affiliates.  The Keynote completely changed too!  Sage drama on the Keynote, was on the phone twice already with Ed.  Glad that Sage Summit San Diego didn't hurt our ticket sales but it sure made a dent in receiving timely information from the affiliates including Sage!  Many of affiliates went from Acumatica Summit and then onto Sage Summit San Diego.  We got the tail-end of their attention! But gosh this week, it's been nearly non-stop with emails and calls from them, members, and our presenters too.  Everyone sure is working hard for our event and they have all have been so gracious to our group in so many ways.  I'll post the Agenda for all of the BoD, not to worry, I'll make sure it's done, Robert.  Next year, if we use the Higher Logic Event Manager, this could be so much easier, we can have the Agenda updates in real-time for everyone to see!  Imagine the spirited competition we'd spark with the affiliates and the proud volunteer enthusiasm as members step up to be presenters!
