#2018Pioneer Another day, another issue with v2018. At least the issues have been minor.
I created a new tab on the Sales Order Header to make room for several UDFs. We've all done this for plenty of customers, right? In this case, when you go into a sales order and click on the new UDF tab, the UDFs are greyed out and, sometimes, don't display any data at all even though DFDM shows data in the fields. If you move to a previous sales order or the next sales order using the arrow buttons and then return to the original sales order, the data returns and the fields are not greyed out.
Spoke with Ryan Clark at Sage about it. He was able to duplicate it and is writing it up as a defect. I've asked him if a hot fix will be released or if we will have to wait until PU3.
