2018 upgrades with Job Cost - FYI, we upgraded a customer with Job Cost and Cost Codes less than 9 digits. The conversion substituted ending 0's instead of an * to fill the Cost Code to 9 characters. This is causing a ""Cost Code not active"" error when attempting to use the Cost Code throughout the system. Turns out, 30 plus tables where the cost codes are located. Hot Fix and Utility soon to be released pending final testing from Sage.

That's weird - I thought it had ALWAYS filled with 0's, just like the GL account in pre-4.00.

Could be, but the conversion is not handling it properly. There is a difference between the display and what is in DFDM.

The fix is out - JC6005T. Corrects the error ""xx-xx-xxx is not on file"" after migrating data to v2018 with a Cost Code length less than 9 characters
