2018 PR2.0 - 2018.5, PR 2.18.5 Paperless office Electronic Delivery - Direct Deposit Stubs - Customer has selected to print, PDF & Electronically deliver the stubs. the stubs are created when the print job is run. This is verified using the viewer. When the register is updated it is DELETING the .pdf's and not emailing them. They are left with the hard copy only. Two weeks in a row. Last week they did not print the stubs and had to recreate the stubs for the employees from a check history report instead of the stubs. Client called Sage in the AM and had not received a call back by the PM.
