**2018 Meeting of the Minds** - Collaboration More Minds Are Better Than One
**Whova App & Agenda Info**
We are using the Whova App again for this year's Meeting of The Minds. The Whova app contains the agenda, attendees, session information, maps, etc. Saturday 2/10/18 an email was sent to all registered attendees with basic Whova information. If you didn't receive that email here are some basic steps to follow to get the app on your device:
1. If you have the Whova App already installed on your phone/tablet/device, log in using the same email address used when you registered/purchased your ticket. We matched your name on the Whova app to the email address you entered for the ticket. _We did not rebrand you._
2. If you have the app installed and enter the email address you used for the ticket, but get a password incorrect message, you can attempt to reset the password, or try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. (That worked for me.)
3. The app is for registered attendees only. If you aren't registered, it won't work.
4. The Whova user guide has additional information on signing up and using the app. See the attached.
5. If you still have trouble with the Whova app, email me (
moira.goggin@90minds.com) with the following information:
a. Full Name
b. Preferred Email Address for app, which will also be used for your badge
c. Indicate your device type Android, ios, or other (please specify).
d. If you could be rebranded you preferred rebranding. (Trick question, optional)
