    2018 Keys I have encountered the Perfect Storm for keys. Apparently the combination of v2018 Premium, Payroll, Job Cost and 100c resulted in the generation of invalid keys. Of course, standard support was not making much headway since 12/29, so I e-mailed Linda Cade and Diane Coffman today and it escalated very quickly. Should have the correct keys this afternoon.

    Solved by Ronnie Aspe - he needs a ticket to MOTM! The customer keys were correct, and the product codes on the Registration Server looked right - they just had to key them in again and it all worked after clicking on the Update button. It was due to Payroll and Job Cost being new versions apparently.
