Sage 100

2018 Intelligence: A customer was upgraded from 2014. The title bar in Report Manager says ""Sage 100 ERP Intelligence Reporting 2015"". They're having an error, so they're questioning whether the title should read ""...2018"", and perhaps the wrong thing is installed. I'll admit to never having noticed this before. Can anyone tell me what your system says?

2015. What is the error?

You can't install the wrong version as it installs with wksetup.

I have Sage 100 2018 PU4, and my Sage Intelligence banner says 2015. I guess that is the last time they updated it.

Thank you for the confirmation, Nancy! Well, not an error-error, but they're getting duplicate records on a consolidated financial. The tenant cache shows 2 logins for one of the companies. One connection type is ""MAS 90 4.0 ODBC Driver"" and the other is ""ODBC Driver SQL Server"". They're wondering if that has something to do with it.

No but go clear one out in tenant cashe. There sb a kb article, i dont have specific directions handy, in a car at the moment.

2015 is the SMI latest version that is installed with all versions. They haven't updated it yet.
