Here is what I have - I can add to the minutes if needed. Don't have all the names of the comments.
Liked:
1. Best show of the year (Eric- WSP)
2. Appreciate this the most - by far their favorite conference (Dawn - Acumatica?)
3. Sage showed up (in force) and gave a high level overview and here at the end.
4. Good forum/group.
5. Jennifer Warawa of Sage is planning to come back.
Improvements:
1. Access to Evernote and Dropbox (some did not seem to know how).
2. The Sage town hall was a win for all (Wayne)
3. No pricing or quality complaints generally with Sage, but the real issue has been communication - improve communication with Sage, specifically management.
4. Discussed a committee to work on communication with Sage - John mentioned using the 4 BPAC members to identify what could be communicated back to members within the limitations of the NDA.
No comments on what could be different.
