2017 Std, upgraded from 4.20. Customer has Okidata ML590 printers. They had a print driver that worked with the old version, but is now not working with version 2017. The pagination screws up from one page to the next. I know this is a long shot, but does anyone know what driver might work? The IT person has tried a few.

I've had luck with putting the printer in IBM Proprinter emulation and using the Okidata ML590 drivers from my.okidata.com (I think that's the site); if paper isn't 8 1/2 x 11, you have to make a form in the windows printer setup to handle smaller sizes.

Use the generic/text only driver. Setup page size in driver which should handle pagination. May need to se form to use the specific printer and page setup as well.

Ah, finally, an IT person worth his salt! He googled this problem and found that the Epson LQ Series 1 (136) driver works. Thank you all for responding!

Dot matrix...aaaahhh...emulation mode...eeekkk....I've officially forgotten more than I currently know.

no kidding - you about want to go and purchase a laser printer for your client so you don't have to mess with dot matrix!!!
