2017 Standard PU1 - Auto generating purchase orders from sales orders. The PO #'s that are generating are out of order. The PO numbers are jumping around. We change the starting PO# in setup options and it still creates a different PO that is out of sequence. Has anyone seen this or have an idea as to what causes this behavior?

I have this happening on a v2016 Advanced system; has happened on previous versions too. They have multiple companies & 1 does this all the time; the other does not. The one that has the issue does a ton of auto-generating from SO. It just jumps sequence, like huge jumps. Then it will run that sequence for a while, then jump again. Sage told me to replace the PO Options with a fresh copy, but it didn't help. Did you ever get a resolution on this? Its still happening for us.
