Sage 100

2017 premium. We have a user defined tab with several UDfs displaying in SO Invoice Data Entry. One user sees the tab but no UDFs on the tab screen. If I log on with my Sage 100 user code the fields appear. If I log onto the server and launch Sage 100 with her user code the fields appear. It seems the issue is specific to her computer and her Sage logon. Has anyone seen something similar?

Check SY_Personlize? Maybe look in there for the PC/User combo and delete the record then rebuild the panels and see if it creates it?

Another way to see it same info that Michelle pointed to: go to problem screen and do a Ctrl-F9, in bottom section it will show customizations for that screen. The more specific is shown over more general modifications - specific user wins over all users.

check to see if she is in wide mode - look at the lines - is the secondary grid on the right or the bottom?

@JohnnyPabian That was it. When the panel screen mode was changed the descriptions became visible but the data fields were still not accessible or visible. I did another panel reset and that fixed it. Thank you!
