2017 premium. Paperless office issue. If you enter more than one general journal entry and print the general journal, each journal entry prints on a separate page. Sometimes the user wants to print them from the PDF and each entry is on a separate sheet of paper. Is there a way to print all the journal entries so they are not all on separate pages?

Preview first, print from the preview. Don't update. Then go back and print again so it goes to paperless.

Thanks Robert. That will work. It would be nice if there was an option to print all journal to the same pdf, but I see why that isn't practical. It is more important to be able to store and search by journal number.

Back in the Macabe days, you had an option to put all entries on a single PDF, but that was eliminated quite some time again

You can always reprint the JE via Detail reports by source or drill down into it. Because of this, I gave up the ghost on the issue years ago.

Yes. They just went live on 2017 a week ago and this is the first version using paperless office. It is tough to break old habits sometimes. Some people feel it necessary to print in parallel to make sure paperless saves the data correctly. They should have enough ""proof"" after four or five years of running parallel processes. BTW, I mentioned that there are several thousand other users that use paperless office and no one has found a discrepancy yet. So much for not duplicating effort and making the office more efficient!

Role maintenance SOP for me is not to allow update from preview thus forcing the PDF creation prior to updating. Only issue encountered is the periodic blow up where you have to uninstall/reinstall the Sage PDF converter. Nice to know you have clients with plenty of money to be inefficient. Might be time for the 2018 consulting price increase.
