    Couple questions 1. Are we calendar or fiscal? 2. The Articles of Incorp state our name as 90 Minds Inc. the return is for 90 Minds Consulting Group why the difference?

    Jeff correct me if am wrong but we are calendar although we have discussed being fiscal. Regarding the name. When we originally filed the irs and we got out tax id it was as the 90minds consulting group. The question is if we need to change the name with the irs or with the state of CT? My guess is the irs but yikes.

    So confusing. The original IRS 501c6 letter has our name as 90 Minds Inc. See attached. Moira, we are calendar basis. You are the first in 4 tax return filings to notice this. I will have the tax accountant make the change before filing.

    Jerry, I think they likely are but IMO we didn't make really make significant changes. I would consider them clarifications, definitions and cleanup.

    By Laws weren't finalized and voted on until this year. As of 12/31/17, the answer is still no. It will change for next year's return.
