    2017 advanced. User is unable to enter an amount in cash receipts data entry. I tried resetting the panel. This happens in any company code, and from any workstation.

    Is the 'require deposit amount' checked in AR Options?

    @NancyHanson That was it! Thank you. The customer has no idea how this got changed. At least no one is admitting to it!
