2017 Advanced. One user with a Win 10 workstation and the SOTAMAS90 odbc driver doesn't install. Logged in as admin and UAC is off, etc. during the workstation install. If I manually create it in Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe, it tests fine. After it is created, if you try and look at it (configure) an error message is displayed. Any ideas?

Any errors during the installation? Hidden AV on, Malware on? Right clicked and ""Run as administrator""? Does workstation work as admin? Admin have local admin rights? Yes, all stupid question........ Uninstall, reboot, rinse repeat? I had a similar event several years ago on WIN 7. Ended up wiping the HD and reinstalling windows....

Thanks Jeff. Yes, tried everything on the tool belt. I might just ""accidentally"" format the hard drive.

Make sure this registry key is set to zero: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System EnableLUA set to 0 to disable It may seem like UAC is off when you look at the GUI interface, but even if the slider is all the way down to never notify, the registry key is still at 1, meaning UAC is still active. Make sure you look at the odbc settings by running C:\Windows\SysWow64\odbcad32.exe
